People and Organization Business Partner (f/m/d) (Gdańsk)

Your responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business and talent strategies that align with organizational goals and to improve employees’ engagement, build morale, increase productivity;
• Deploy HR support to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, performance review, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relations;
• Facilitate the execution of strategic HR initiatives and ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization;
• Work with leaders to develop effective organizational structures and teams;
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement;
• Work closely with business executives to coordinate headcount budget and forecast planning;
• Serve as a trusted advisor, to whom all employees and business executives can easily reach out to matters and queries related to human topics, HR processes and relevant projects.

Our expectations

• At least 5 years of proven experience in HR field, particularly in a Business Partner role, ideally with a matrix organization with manufacturing component;
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and creating impact in a factory/manufacturing setting is an advantage;
• Bachelor’s degree in a field of psychology, human resources management, or similar;
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with broad spectrum of stakeholders across different backgrounds and levels of seniority;
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with business executives;
• Ability to lead through influence and collaboration with a track record of contributing to a positive outcomes;
• Working knowledge of labour law in practice;
• Excellent mentorship and coaching skills;
• Good project management and time management skills; 
• Very good command of English language (C1) both written and spoken.
