Maintenance Technician (female/male)

The purpose of this position is to ensure the continuous operational readiness of machines, equipment, and auxiliary installations used in production processes. The role includes supervising proper operation, performing cyclical maintenance and repair activities, and closely cooperating with specialists from various technical fields to maintain uninterrupted supply of production utilities.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting the Technical Department in maintaining electrical power systems, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Providing technical support to other departments within the company.
• Contributing to production plans by ensuring equipment remains fully operational.
• Performing tasks in accordance with GMP procedures, maintenance instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Taking responsibility for assigned tools, equipment, components, and spare parts.
• Monitoring parameters in systems such as BMS, EMS, CMAS, and APT COM.
• Troubleshooting and repairing failures in equipment, electrical and energy installations, lighting systems, utility installations, and building infrastructure.
• Performing inspections according to schedules, GMP requirements, and the CMMS system.
• Handling maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks, providing status updates, and redirecting issues to appropriate specialists when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in operating and repairing industrial machines and installations with advanced technical solutions.
• Proficiency in using a computer and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work with electrotechnical and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Knowledge and application of BHP (Health & Safety) and GMP principles.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, energy, and power electronics equipment and installations.
• Readines to work in continuous shift system (6–14, 14–22, 22–6).
