Key Responsibilities

 

  • Managing pre‑onboarding and onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Providing first‑line support for employees as the main point of contact in the People & Organization (P&O) area.
  • Updating and improving selected P&O procedures.
  • Ensuring completeness and consistency of job descriptions and developing solutions for their systematic storage.
  • Advising Managers on organizational changes and processing requests for changes in employment conditions in line with regulations and labor law.
  • Preparing P&O reports and updating the organizational structure in the SAP system.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in SAP in the context of operational HR and payroll processes affecting P&O data quality, as well as supporting the department in audit preparations and data compliance.
  • Ensuring close alignment with the HRBP team to assist them in any needed area.
  • Supporting the Recruitment team in processes for junior‑level positions.
  • Participating in P&O projects related to employee development, career paths, and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborating broadly within the P&O team (HRBPs, Recruitment, Organizational Development, HR Administration) to provide consistent and effective employee support.
  • Initiating and implementing improvements that increase HR efficiency and enhance P&O processes.

 

Requirements

 

  • Higher education in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working in HR.
  • Proactivity in identifying and implementing improvements that increase HR process efficiency.
  • Strong employee orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Practical knowledge of labor law and MS Office, especially Excel.
