The role is responsible for the operational handling of warehouse and distribution processes in accordance with GMP requirements and internal procedures and instructions.
Main responsibilities
- Unloading and loading deliveries using a forklift.
- Receiving materials, including quality and quantity checks, labeling, and entering items into the warehouse system.
- Transporting and properly allocating materials within the warehouse.
- Picking production orders and internal material requests, as well as handling returns.
- Preparing shipments for external customers, securing goods, and loading them safely.
- Handling waste management processes (collection, transport, and transfer for disposal).
- Working with warehouse systems (SAP) and operating the EMS monitoring system.
- Supporting investigations of quality deviations within the warehouse area.
- Maintaining order, hygiene, and compliance with GMP, GDP, and health & safety rules.
Requirements
- Secondary education.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Valid UDT forklift operator license.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and warehouse management principles.
- Ability to operate a computer, MS Office, and handheld scanners.
- Proficient forklift operation skills.
