Technical Development Operations Specialist

Duchnice, PL

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Supervising laboratory equipment within the Technical Development (TD) Department.
  • Liaising with external analytical service providers.
  • Preparing equipment documentation during equipment and software investments and TeDe laboratory reorganizations.
  • Handling equipment failure notifications from TeDe department employees.
  • Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Qualification, and Engineering Departments on TD technical systems.
  • Cooperating with external service engineers responsible for installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of TeDe laboratory equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in designated laboratory areas, including assessing cleaning quality by external services, performing additional cleaning tasks, waste management, and post-service cleanliness checks.
  • Performing tasks as part of team task rotation.
  • Preparing transport, collecting shipments, and managing related documentation.
  • Maintaining laboratory documentation in accordance with applicable procedures and protocols.
  • Reporting failures of systems, equipment, and infrastructure components to the Engineering Department and/or building managers or suppliers.
  • Executing tasks agreed upon with the line manager and team members within scope of competence.
  • Supervising the management of reagents, including hazardous substances.
  • Implementing new solutions to improve laboratory operability.
  • Collaborating with other Polpharma Biologics departments on laboratory operational matters.
  • Developing procedures and instructions and conducting related training sessions.
  • Creating user manuals for apparatus and devices and conducting user training.
  • Performing manual data backups.
  • Managing deviations, corrective, and preventive actions related to devices, computerized systems, and laboratory operability within TeDe.
  • Ensuring laboratory operation in compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards.

 

If you have:

 

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineer) in chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of laboratory work experience.
  • Good command of English allowing effective communication and document creation.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to cooperate well with other employees.
  • Accuracy, attention to task quality, and strong technical skills in laboratory work.
