Site Strategic Key Expert (f/m/d)

The Strategic Key Expert is a strategic partner to the Site Head and Site Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for driving execution of the Site strategic agenda, enhancing cross-functional alignment, and increasing the effectiveness of executive operations. The Strategic Key Expert acts as a formator/integrator across the organization — enabling clear communication, tracking performance, managing special projects, and embedding a customer-first mindset into daily operations. This role is critical in supporting the growth, scalability, and excellence of the CDMO Manufacturing Site.  

Your Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• • Partner with the Site Head and SLT to translate the CDMO strategic priorities into actionable and operational Site plans.
  • Coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional accountability.
  • Embed core operating principles into decision-making and daily actions.
  • Support long-term planning processes, including annual strategy reviews and budget alignment.

2. Operational & Organizational Effectiveness

• • Identify and address organizational bottlenecks, prioritize, streamline workflows, and remove friction from executive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor key business, operational, and customer KPIs.
  • Enhance organizational culture dynamics, team alignment, and internal engagement.
  • Coordinate Monthly/Quarterly Site Business Review.

3. Special Projects & Program Management

• • Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives/special projects that are critical to business growth, scalability, or transformation.
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure accountability across workstreams and functions.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• • Act as a communication bridge between the Site Head/SLT and the broader organization, ensuring clarity and alignment of messaging.
  • Draft high-quality internal communications, Site updates.
  • Support Site Head and SLT in preparing for key internal and external engagements (e.g., potential clients, investors, partners). 
  • Represent the Site in select meetings or working groups, as needed.
  • Improve customer communication and support scalable excellence in client experience.

5. Business Analysis & Executive Reporting

• • Prepare and synthesize data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate executive briefings and Supervisory Board Updates, and investor communications.

6. Site Calendar & Agenda Management

• • Prioritize Site Head/SLT time based on strategic impact, ensuring a balanced focus across operations, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare agendas and briefing materials for critical Site meetings.
  • Ensure efficient time management and alignment across SLT priorities

Our expectations  

• Higher education in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, or related fields.  
• Over 7 years of experience in roles with similar challanges and skillset (preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry).  
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).  
• Demonstrable ability to influence various stakeholders. 
• Teamwork skills, creative thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.  
• Strong work organization and time management skills.  
• Strong Opex and Customer Excellence mindset and approach.
