Your responsibilities
- Supporting the Quality Control team in sampling excipients, raw materials, single-use materials, and clean media (water and gases) according to applicable procedures
- Preparing materials and documentation required for sampling activities
- Labeling, transporting, and archiving samples in designated locations
- Maintaining GMP-compliant documentation related to sampling and laboratory activities
- Participating in basic physicochemical testing of clean media and supporting data verification
- Assisting in preparation of release documentation and Certificates of Analysis
- Supporting assessment and release processes for single-use materials and primary packaging
- Participating in internal trainings and applying acquired knowledge in daily work
- Monitoring the condition of sampling equipment and reporting any issues or shortages
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, OHS, fire safety regulations, and internal procedures
- Supporting change control, risk assessment, audit, and continuous improvement activities in line with Lean and 6S principles
- Cooperating with internal departments and external partners, including laboratories and suppliers
Our expectations
- Higher education degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, pharmacopoeial guidelines, EMA/FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical law
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
