Your responsibilities
- Performing laboratory tasks in accordance with GMP, GLP, and internal procedures
- Supporting daily Quality Control laboratory operations and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks
- Conducting basic physicochemical analyses (e.g. pH, conductivity, TOC, concentration testing)
- Preparing samples, reagents, solutions, and mobile phases for laboratory testing
- Maintaining and archiving analytical documentation in electronic systems (LIMS, SAP, QMS, DMS)
- Supporting method validation, equipment qualification, and trending of test results
- Monitoring cleanliness and proper use of laboratory equipment, including pipette checks and equipment maintenance
- Participating in audits, risk assessments, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Cooperating with internal departments and external laboratories or suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, OHS, fire safety regulations, and company policies
- Supporting Lean and 6S initiatives focused on efficiency and workplace safety
Our expectations
- Minimum 0–1 year of experience in an analytical or QC laboratory within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Knowledge of GMP principles and laboratory documentation practices
- Ability to operate laboratory and measuring equipment
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and laboratory systems
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to report results accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Openness to learning and new challenges
- Knowledge of health & safety and fire protection regulations
