Quality Control DS/DP Testing Expert (f/m) (Duchnice)

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate physicochemical testing activities within our QC DS/DP Testing Laboratory.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of qualitative and quantitative drug tests at all stages of manufacturing, including release and stability assessments.
• Approve test results in line with current GMP and quality systems.
• Actively participate in method transfer and validation projects, including the creation of supporting documentation.
• Drive improvement initiatives within the Physicochemical QC Team.
• Train and mentor team members, sharing your expertise and supporting their development.
• Collaborate closely with other teams across Polpharma Biologics.
• Support internal and external audits and engage with external partners as required.
• Step in as Deputy Operational Coordinator when needed.

Our Expectations

• University degree in biotechnology, biologics, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
• Over 5 years’ experience in laboratory work within a regulated environment.
• Strong command of bioanalytical techniques: liquid chromatography (peptide mapping, size exclusion, ion exchange), capillary electrophoresis, UV-VIS spectrophotometry.
• In-depth knowledge of analytical method validation and transfer.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
