Main responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the Quality System.
- Managing the documentation archiving process, including document archival, retrieval based on the need of users, and destruction after completion of the storage period.
- Updating the Site Master File (SMF) and associated annexures according to the needs and maintaining site master file in updated status.
- Supporting document management, including operating the Scilife system and BOX application.
- Operating computer systems such as TrackWise, SAP
- Support for the preparation and during execution of internal and external audits and inspections.
- Participating in promoting and developing the Quality Culture within the organization.
- Adhering to environmental health and safety (EHS) principles and environmental protection regulations.
- Ensuring confidentiality of information covered by professional secrecy, protection of personal data and other data in the subordinate area.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferably in Chemistry, Biopharmaceutical (Biotechnology, Pharmacy), or related.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and their application in regulated environments will be a plus.
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Availability to work five days a week, eight hours a day.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Effective communication skills and openness to new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and continuous learning.
