Main responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing documents related to employment relationships, employee rights, and obligations during the period of employment.
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data in employee files, e-files, and the HR-payroll and social security systems
- Preparing fixed and variable components for the payroll and checking the accuracy of payroll lists.
- Performing tasks related to other payroll processes (e.g., issuing Z-3, RP-7, employment and salary certificates, other payroll documentation)
- Supporting processes related to generating transfers and posting salaries.
- Supporting users of the Time Management Module (TMP).
- Supporting the payroll posting processes in SAP.
- Entering and maintaining up-to-date data in HR, payroll, and social security systems.
- Support in the development of systems and participation in other projects within the Team.
- Preparation of internal and external reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of legal regulation regarding payroll and HR administration.
- Good knowledge of rules related to foreigners’ employment.
- Personnel administration systems knowledge.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Good command of MS Office.
- Previous experience of working in an international and cross functional environment.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving, flexibility, empathy.
- Accuracy, reliability, high work ethic and personal culture.
