Organization Development Senior Specialist (female/male)

Person in this position will strengthen our Organizational Development (OD) capabilities through data insights, project coordination and high‑quality frameworks.
In this role, you will support key OD processes across talent, performance, leadership and capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance OD dashboards (talent, succession, performance, engagement, capability KPIs).
• Analyze OD data and prepare insights for LT, P&O and Talent Forums.
• Support research and benchmarking (competencies, leadership models, career architecture).
• Coordinate OD projects, timelines, RACI and documentation.
• Prepare OD templates, guidelines and process materials.
• Manage OD documentation repositories and tools.
• Support implementation of Leadership & Capability Academies.
• Administer surveys (Pulse Check, RezonVoice) and track follow‑up actions.
• Create communication materials for OD initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, Organization & Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, organizational development, people insights or project coordination.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid analytical skills and confidence working with data, dashboards and reporting (Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus).
• Experience preparing clear, structured insights that support senior‑level decision‑making.
• A detail‑oriented, organized approach to managing timelines, documentation and RACI.
• Understanding of OD concepts (competencies, talent, learning) and curiosity to deepen your expertise.
• Ability to create clean, well‑structured materials (slides, templates, summaries).
• Strong communication skills and ease in working with HRBPs and business stakeholders.
• A proactive, learning‑agile mindset, ownership and reliability in driving workstreams forward.
• Precision, problem‑solving orientation and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
