Organization Development Key Expert (female/male)

We are looking for a Key Expert  to shape and evolve our enterprise wide Organizational Development (OD) architecture. In this high impact role, you wll design core OD frameworks, build long term leadership and capability systems, and advise senior executives on organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve key OD frameworks: Leadership Architecture, Competency Models, Career Paths, Capability Models, Talent & Succession frameworks, Performance Calibration.
• Prepare strategic OD concepts, models, and decision papers for LT/CLT.
• Lead market and industry benchmarking on OD, leadership, and talent practices.
• Co create leadership and capability development programs (Leadership Academy, Capability Academies).
• Build OD policies, standards, methodologies, and governance models.
• Advise HRBPs and business leaders on roles, structures, capability gaps, and succession.
• Support transformation and culture initiatives with communication and change frameworks.
• Translate complex OD topics into clear, executive ready insights and materials.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Leadership Development.
• Proven experience designing OD frameworks and large scale development programs.
• Strong conceptual design, systems thinking, and analytical skills.
• Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• High quality written deliverables and strong communication skills.
• Curiosity, innovation mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
